Description:
Two layer, open face hood style with wide front and back mantle, giving protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc and also against accidental contact with heat and flame. Outer layer is made from durable, antistatic, rip stop fabric of Nomex comfort fibres. Inner layer of antistatic, pique fabric made of Nomex comfort fibres. The fabric combination conforms to IEC61482-1-1 (open arc) ATPV = 29.9 cal/cm2. Outer Fabric: Nomex comfort, woven fabric, 215gsm, with rip stop grid and liquid repellent finish. Meets EN531 A B1 C1; EN1149-3; IEC61482-1 (open arc) ATPV = 7.9 CAL/CM2; IEC 61482-2 (arc in a box) Class 1 (4ka). Inner Fabric: Nomex fabric, knitted pique fabric, 260 gsm. Meets EN531 A B1 C1; EN1149-3; IEC61482-1 (open arc) ATPV = 8.9 CAL/CM2.
