Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over £75.00 to UK addresses, and for orders placed outside of the UK, a carriage charge will be issued dependent on weight and destination.

How will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch all orders within one working day via Royal Mail or UK Mail Business Post. Orders going to UK addresses will be sent using Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For service or UK Mail Business Post Nextday delivery. Normally, orders received by 2pm during weekdays will be despatched the same day and orders received from 2pm onwards will be despatched the following working day.

How long does delivery take?

In usual circumstances, delivery will be made to UK addresses Next day by UK Mail or within 1 to 3 working days of the despatch date by Royal Mail. The recipient will be required to sign for the package and if they are unavailable, Royal Mail or UK Mail will leave a contact card inviting the person expecting the parcel to get in touch and reschedule the delivery.

Can I arrange a specific delivery date with you?

Yes, we are here to assist and make sure you receive the item at a convenient time. Please note that Before 10AM & Sat AM do carry an additional charge
